Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We believe in fairness. If our service fails to deliver what was promised, we will make it right โ either by restoring your credits, issuing a full refund, or both.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund
- A technical error on our platform prevented your document from being analyzed
- A credit was deducted but no analysis report was generated
- You were charged but never received a checkout confirmation due to a payment processing error
- You contact us within 7 days of the purchase date
3. Credit Restoration
If a credit was consumed but the analysis failed (server error, timeout, empty result), we will restore the credit to your account immediately upon verification. Contact us with your account email and the approximate time of the failed scan.
4. Case-by-Case Review
If an analysis was successfully generated but you believe the quality was significantly below expectations (e.g., completely missed obvious contract clauses), we will review your case. We may offer a partial credit refund or manual re-analysis at our discretion.
Note that AI analysis is inherently probabilistic and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. This is disclosed on our platform and in our Terms of Service.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Credits that were successfully used to generate and unlock a report
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (unless a technical error is demonstrated)
- Requests based on dissatisfaction with AI limitations that were clearly disclosed
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support.getscan@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Date and amount of the purchase
- Brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 1โ2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days depending on your payment provider.
